MASTER OF ARTS IN EDUCATION MAJOR IN ENGLISH
Description:
The Master of Arts in Education major in English program is designed to enhance the pedagogical competence of English teachers and instructors in all levels. The courses are designed mainly to hone the student’s English language skills and are geared towards the development of competence in the various methodological approaches to curriculum development and in teaching of the English language. The program is tailored to prepare students for professional careers as ESL educators and consultants in different institutional settings, as well as for advanced academic study in second language and applied linguistic.
Admission Requirements:
1. Must have recommendation from previous college dean and college instructor.
2. Must take and pass the entrance examination for the master’s program.
3. Must have most recent medical and dental health record.
4. Must have the Original copy of the transcript of records.
5. Must have a copy of NSO certified birth certificate.
6. Must have a certificate of good moral character.
7. Must have a copy of the honorable dismissal.
8. Must have a copy of college diploma.
9. One 2”x 2” copy of latest photo.
